- Back end executive responsibilities and Duties to assist and support sales executive in their day-to-day operations, assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
- Shall be responsible for data processing, documentation, maintaining & updating files & records and assisting & coordinating various departments.
- Typing speed 40 -50 wpm.
- Excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, Paint etc.).
- Excellent communication skills & fluency in English language.
- Ability to work independently and to work effectively in a team environment.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with the sales executives.
- Creating Quotations as instructed by Management and sales executives.
- Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
- Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of firm's products and services.
- Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
