Job Description
Location - Udaipur
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update marketing content such as brochures, data sheets, case studies, and presentations.
- Assist in content writing for blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
- Support social media management by posting content and monitoring engagement.
- Handle website updation in coordination with IT/marketing team.
- Support sales team in order booking, quotation/offer preparation, and follow-ups using SAP.
- Maintain records of customer inquiries, leads, and marketing data.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and business writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Familiarity with SAP (Sales & Order Booking Module).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
- 1–3 years in marketing back-office support, content writing, or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of basic SEO, WordPress/website CMS, and marketing automation tools.
- Prior experience in preparing sales offers and data sheets will be an advantage.
