Job Title: Back Office Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our operations by handling various administrative and support tasks. The ideal candidate will manage data, process transactions, and assist in maintaining efficient business processes behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, record keeping, and document management.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and reports.
- Process and verify financial transactions, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Assist with internal and external communications.
- Coordinate with front-office staff and other departments as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests and back-end support functions.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Advance Excel ).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
