Data Management
- Entering, updating, and maintaining records in databases or spreadsheets.
- Verifying the accuracy of data before and after entry.
- Managing files and documentation (digital and physical).
2. Administrative Support
- Handling routine administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing schedules, and filing paperwork.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
3. Processing Transactions
- Processing orders, forms, applications, or requests.
- Verifying and processing invoices, bills, and payrolls (if applicable).
- Ensuring timely and accurate execution of backend processes.
4. Communication Support
- Coordinating with front-office staff or other departments via email or internal messaging systems.
- Handling follow-ups or backend customer support communication (non-voice or email/chat).
5. Record Keeping and Documentation
- Preparing reports, summaries, or documents as required.
- Storing and organizing official company records securely.
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external documentation standards.
