Team Coordination: Coordinate with the team members to ensure efficient workflow
and resolution of issues and coordinate with clients with respect to their queries,
requirements and any other service related issues.
- Office Administration: Manage general office administration tasks, including
maintaining office supplies, coordinating for courier services and ensuring a clean
and organized workspace.
- Attendance Management: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance.
- Invoice Preparation: Prepare and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Data Management & Filing: Maintain and organize data and files, ensuring accuracy
and accessibility.
- Vendor Management: Assist and maintain records of vendor contracts & keep active
communication with vendors.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
