Job Description for Back Office
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our internal operations and documentation tasks. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi and capable of handling backend processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling data entry, documentation, and maintaining records
- Coordinating with internal teams for project and task updates
- Performing day-to-day administrative support tasks
- Communicating effectively in Gujarati/Hindi as required
- Preparing reports, assisting with compliance and follow-ups
- Supporting HR or sales teams with backend processes
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
