- Administrative Support: Managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and managing office equipment.
- Data Management: Entering data, maintaining records, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
- Coordination: Coordinating with clients, vendors, and other departments.
- Communication: Handling phone calls and emails, and providing customer support.
- Accounting and Finance: May be involved in accounting functions and data analysis.
