- To attend calls from clients related to queries and ask then to reply via mail.
- Prepare and issue accurate sales quotations based on customer inquiries under supervision of Senior.
- Co-ordinate with internal team to gather information to prepare quotations for testing.
- Maintain records of customer inquiries, quotes, and communication in systems.
- Track and follow up on quotations and update the sales database accordingly.
Knowledge : MS Office
Language : English, Hindi & Marathi.
Education :- Graduated required
