We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing travel company. The ideal candidate will focus exclusively on B2E (corporate/employee benefit programs) by engaging with organizations to provide tailored travel solutions for their employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach corporate clients to pitch employee travel benefit programs (B2E).
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into sales.
- Manage end-to-end communication with corporates—from proposal to booking.
- Build and nurture relationships with HR teams, employee engagement heads, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal operations and booking teams for smooth delivery.
- Participate in corporate activations, events, or field visits when required.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in travel sales, corporate sales, or employee engagement solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in B2E travel sales.
- Strong corporate network within HR or employee engagement teams.
- Passion for travel with knowledge of destinations and packages.
