Its a on Desk job. We are looking for CRMs with excellent communication skills to manage our Export base B2B clients through out world. The ideal candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with clients and closing sales deals.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with B2B clients worldwide through phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Building and maintaining business relationships with clients to promote repeat business.
- Understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Conducting sales presentations and demonstrating product features.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English Language.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
Job Timing: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
