We are expanding our B2B Marketplace and looking for a passionate Hotel Sales Executive to onboard, activate, and support hoteliers across India. You will play a key role in helping hotels leverage our distribution network to drive incremental bookings.Key Responsibilities:
North Star Metrics – Core Responsibilities
- Pitch and onboard hotels onto our B2B Marketplace platform.
- Drive hotel activation by clearly communicating the value proposition and onboarding benefits.
- Coordinate with hotels to optimize rates and commission strategies to ensure competitive B2B pricing and maximize conversion potential.
Vanity Metrics – Support & Enablement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hotelier queries and troubleshooting related to the B2B Marketplace.
- Ensure hotel content, rate plans, and policies are correctly set up for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, onboarding, and support) to ensure smooth partner experience.
Skills & Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, OTA contracting, travel tech, or distribution.
- Strong understanding of hotel pricing, rate parity, and distribution concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Fluency in English and Hindi. Regional language proficiency is a plus.
