About the Role: We seek a dynamic sales professional adept in B2B consultative sales to join our K-12 education program division. This role involves field engagement, building and managing relationships with schools within a specified radius, and ensuring the effective execution of offline Olympiads. Candidates will have the flexibility of working from home but are required to visit schools as per the field requirements
. Key Responsibilities:
School Engagement & Relationship Building: o Regularly visit schools within a radius from your base location to establish and nurture relationships with school stakeholders, decision-makers, principals, and administrators. o Identify and onboard new schools for offline Olympiads, with a monthly target of 2000 prelims from grades 6-12.
Sales Cycle Management & Consultative Sales: o Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, including product demonstrations, signups, and post-sales relationship management. o Conduct consultations with school owners, principals, and administrators to help them enhance their school’s offerings in line with future skills.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
