*Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Development*
▪ Heading and driving the Sales team to achieve sales targets.
▪ Monitoring pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets.
▪ Leading the sourcing of high-quality leads through all channels.
▪ Maintain the developer’s relations
▪ Developing marketing & sales strategies to build consumer advocacy.
▪ Work closely with the team to ensure outstanding customer experience at site & sales office and create an impact the prospect’s mind.
▪ Customer relationship management.
▪ Leading the closure with the sales team at the site, meeting the customers personally, and lead the closure of the transaction as and required wire.
▪ Developing and maintaining business relationships with strategic channel partners.
▪ Work closely with Marketing Head and team for lead generation and site activation.
▪ Overall responsibility of tracking leads, customer queries, sales pipeline, customer meetings, negotiations and ensuring deal closures.
▪ System, and process workflow as decided by the company to be followed and ensure the team is 100% compliant.
▪ Work with all stakeholders to ensure the site experience the is best and progress of the construction is shared with customers in a timely and effective way.
▪ Conduct weekly/ Monthly reviews with the team to ensure business plan owned is progressing well and take corrective steps regularly for overachieving the business plan.
▪ Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
▪ Assists in the development of the sales plan/ AOP.
▪ Recruit, train and prepare the KPI reporting for the sales leaders to for use in organizational planning,
financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
▪ Work collaboratively across teams
▪ Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
Strategic-
▪ To engage with all the brokers/Agencies for effective brand transition.
▪ Design and plan the activities for efficient engagement with the targeted deals.
▪ Consistently identify and execute new trends in designated markets.
▪ Consistently build on the internal partners and self-sourcing to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them.
Business Intelligence
▪ Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements, construction activity, key initiatives.
▪ Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends,
developments, market dynamics and potential business opportunities. Liaison with various
departments to get deeper product knowledge.
Team Collaboration
▪ Support peer teams for effective deal closure, ensuring required documents (legal agreements,
billing, loans etc.) are in place and monitoring collections for designated accounts
▪ Coordinate with various departments (CRM, Marketing, Sales Peer Teams etc.) to ensure exceptional customer service.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
