We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Architect (E&E) to lead the design and integration of advanced vehicle network systems with a focus on gateway architecture, various CAN (Controller Area Network) protocols, and Body Control areas. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end software architecture decisions for Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions.

Education : B.Tech, B.E, MCA, BCA, Diploma in Computer Engineering\Electronics\Communication Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of SDV platforms, focusing on vehicle gateway and CAN network topologies (e.g., CAN-FD, CAN-HS, CAN-LIN)
Define and review system and software architecture for all related ECUs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, cybersecurity, and cloud services to deliver integrated vehicle solutions
Evaluate and define software interfaces, data exchange formats, and communication strategies between ECUs and central computer platforms
Ensure compliance with automotive standards
Participate in platform development planning, toolchain selection, and development processes in a CI/CD environment
Perform architectural reviews and provide technical leadership to internal and supplier development teams.
Work closely with validation and verification teams to ensure robust testing and diagnostics of gateway and related ECU functions.
Work Experience
Primary Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in automotive embedded systems, with at least 3 years in an architecture role.
Deep understanding of CAN architecture, vehicle gateways, and different ECU based system design.
Knowledge of Ethernet-based communication (e.g., SOME/IP, DoIP).
Proven experience with CAN protocol stacks, diagnostics (UDS), and communication matrix (DBC).
Strong background in embedded C/C++, RTOS, and vehicle network configuration tools (e.g., Vector CANoe, CANalyzer).
Familiarity with automotive safety and cybersecurity considerations.
Experience with SDV platforms, service-oriented architectures (SOA), and centralized vehicle compute is highly desirable.
Preferred (Secondary) Skills
- Experience with cloud-connected vehicle platforms and over-the-air (OTA) updates.
- AUTOSAR (Classic and Adaptive) architecture design and implementation experience.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML integration in ADAS systems.
