Responsibilities:
- Drawing Creation in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) by interpreting the sketches, rough drawings, or specifications provided by the Project director, engineers, or external architects
- Use AutoCAD to create accurate and detailed technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details of residential building
- Verify dimensions, materials, and other details to minimize errors and rework
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and records
- Coordinate with respective internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of drawings across disciplines
- Incorporate changes and revisions to existing drawings as directed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 yrs of experience in the similar role
- B.E. Civil candidates with experience exclusively in real estate commercial projects-retail,hospitality,hospital/ detailing and CMDA/Corporation Approval drawings
- Should have excellent working knowledge & exposure of using AutoCAD and/or Revit
