Responsible for conducting internal audits across outlets to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, operational, and documentation standards. Focus on maintaining quality, minimizing risk, and ensuring systematic records.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Inspect hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards (as per FSSAI).
- Verify operational SOP adherence in kitchen, service, and management.
- Check documentation – purchase bills, stock registers, sales reports, attendance, licenses.
- Conduct surprise stock audits and reconcile with system data.
- Identify and report discrepancies, wastage, or non-compliance.
- Prepare concise audit reports and recommend corrective actions.
**Requirements**
- Graduate in Commerce / Business / Food Technology or related field.
- 0–3 years’ internal audit experience (F&B industry preferred).
- Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory, and operations.
- Good analytical, observation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.
- Willingness to travel to multiple outlets.
