What do we do at Ditto?
At Ditto, we're not just changing the game; we're creating a whole new playbook for insurance in India. We aim to build a strong and efficient HR ecosystem that supports this mission.
To strengthen our people processes, we are looking for an HRMS Admin & Project Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and configuring our HRMS (Darwinbox) and coordinating HR projects across functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of HR operations, technology, and project management.
Core responsibilities:
Administer and manage the HRMS platform (Darwinbox) for smooth execution of HR processes.
Configure workflows and system updates in consultation with HR and business stakeholders.
Maintain accurate employee master data and ensure timely updates.
Generate and share HR reports with stakeholders on a regular basis.
Conduct user training and prepare process documentation/SOPs.
Coordinate projects across all HR processes (not limited to HRMS), ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Explore HRMS features and suggest improvements for process efficiency.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in HRMS administration/implementation (Darwinbox preferred)
Strong coordination and follow-up skills with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to conduct training and prepare process documentation.
Good understanding of HR processes and data management.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
