JOB DESCRIPTION – MORTGAGE ACCOUNTING

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate to join ourteam for a real estate lending client. This position involves handling varioustasks related to:
- Updatingfinancial statements of borrowers, analysis of P&L,
- Incorporatingdata from loan documents, underwriting documents, and appraisal documents forsizing the deal and supporting underwriting decisions
- ValidatingCapex expense proof
- Weekly/Monthly reporting
- Theideal candidate will have experience working with income statements, balancesheet and should have strong analytical skills and should be comfortableworking on excel.

Working Model: Work-from-office
Shift Timings: Nexdigmoperates in multiple shifts to help cater to our clients better:
- Morningshift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Generalshift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
- EveningShift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am
Please Note: Shift timings differ basis the role. The shift timingallocated to you will depend on the scope of work and will be communicated toyou during the offer discussion.

- A B.Com/M. Com/MBA/CA/ICWA Inter degree along with prior exposure of 2 – 4 years inGeneral Ledger processes.
