Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 14+ years.
- Comprehensive experience in enterprise and solution architecture with a strong focus on Banking and Financial Services, covering core banking, digital channels, and payments architecture.
- Hands-on expertise in Core Banking Systems (Finacle, Flexcube, T24, Infosys, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Microservices, RESTful APIs, SOA, and Integration Patterns.
- Proven experience in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), hybrid and multi-cloud strategies, and cloud migration frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of Security Architecture, IAM, Encryption, Data masking/anonymization in banking.
- Exposure to Payments ecosystem (UPI, RTGS, NEFT, SWIFT) and Digital Banking architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Strong expertise in architectural modeling (TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML).
- Knowledge of regulatory standards: PCI-DSS, RBI Guidelines, BCBS 239.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Owning the technology health of the project / account on all key metrics
- Ensuring projects / accounts meet technical standards of governance, technology standards and best practices
- Owning the long term as well as the short-term technology strategy of your project / account
- Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross sell or up sell Nagarro’s offerings.
- Conceptualizing and owning the technical architecture and design of the projects you are influencing.
- Harnessing your consulting skills in a culture that promotes opportunities to provide thought leadership and breakthrough solutions for our clients.
- Running workshops internally and with customers on technology and business topics to create new solution areas and use cases.
- Communicating and driving adoption of organizational technology initiatives in your account.
- Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on-the-job feedback, and by providing guidance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
