• Position requires handling forecasting which includes understanding the complexity of vehicle exports to different markets across the globe, handling multiple queries from across various markets and should possess good communication skills to interface with different stake holders prior to and post financial reporting submission
• Position requires good understanding and application of Finance concepts
• Position requires basic accounting knowledge to understand the month close process; Knowledge of FST, Profit Reporting Systems, FVA systems is preferable

• CA/CWA/MBA finance/ relevant experienced Finance professional
• Prior rotations in FP&A, Knowledge on IMPRS, Alteryx, Strong analysis experience is helpful
• Ability to work independently as an advisor to operating partners
• Organizational skill to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
• Detail oriented, ability to analyze significant amounts of data to identify key issues/opportunities/risks
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Background on Qliksense, Alteryx, and other advanced data analysis tools

• Work with market profits and finance sub-skill teams to calculate transfer prices for markets and obtain OTC approval
• Input data into TP systems as required
• Support Transfer Price Profit Forecast, Actuals, Budget and Business Plan
• Analysis of all the necessary variances and provide appropriate explanation for Issue to-Issue (ItI), Year-over-Year (YoY), Budget Performance(BP), Plan-to-Plan(PtP), Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) and Half year-over-Half year (HoH)
• IMPRS (Integrated Management and Profit Reporting System) inputs
• Hedging & Cash Flow Inputs to Risk Management and Treasury team respectively
• Acquire business acumen, to drive transfer pricing that improves Legal Entity Profits
• Provide multiple scenarios of transfer pricing to management for their decision making to achieve Target profit
• Prepare and submit, Target Vs Actual Profit Variance reporting for Exported or Imported Vehicles
