Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Training
In this role, you will be responsible for handling the business training for an Insurance business. You will lead the training function with a proactive and problem-solving approach with good logical reasoning ability. You will be encouraged to have good client management skills and analytical skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Readiness of new hire class – logistics, documentation
- Timely & effective pre- process & process trainings (internal or client led)
- Build daily/weekly dashboards on new hire training progress
- Feedback & mentorship of new hires
- Ensure 100% adherence to new hire learning paths
- Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs/Update trackers, Update dissemination for all new and stable processes
- Conduct error root cause analysis, training needs identification, planning and conducting refreshers, knowledge assessments
- Build action plan for people missing SLAs during training and post training completion
- Lead the Quality metric for the process and accountable for the team of Quality auditors and be responsible for the Quality audit frameworks for the business
- Daily touch points with process trainers, SME to effectively drive knowledge management and people development practice
- Lead all the Quality and Improvement in execution projects
- Be a consultant to the business and advice operational improvement ideas
- Plan and organize employee domain and development programs and as per the training need identification
- Align with the employee development initiatives run at the organization level
- Upskill employees on business domain based on training and development needs assessment
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation in any stream except BBA, MBA, B.Tech, M.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law
Essential skills:
- Must have a good years of experience in Individual/Group Disability Insurance or Employee Benefit or Worker Compensation or Absence management and in transitions/ knowledge transfer/ training
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Effective probing skills, Proactive communication & High analytical skills – should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data
- Passionate, committed to learn and make learning impact felt in the business
- Must have decision-making capability
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Good in MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Ready to work on stretched working hours
- Ability to independently interact with internal and external customers
- Excellent people management and customer management skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Focus on Customer satisfaction
