We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET API Tech Lead to join our team having 10+ years (with at least 3 years in a tech lead role). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading the implementation of scalable API solutions using the .NET stack. You will guide a team of developers, ensure best practices are followed, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, performant software.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of RESTful APIs and backend services using C# and ASP.NET Core.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure software quality through automated testing.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Manage deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows using tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the evolution of the technical roadmap.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on root cause analysis.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and ASP.NET Core.
Extensive experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL (SQL Server or other RDBMS).
Solid understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and software architecture best practices.
Proficiency in using version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (AKS is a plus).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS (Azure preferred).
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
