Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Lead the architectural design process for various projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
- Renovate existing structures while ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite for drafting and presentation purposes.
- Develop project budgets and manage financial aspects to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
- Engage in business development activities to identify new opportunities and foster client relationships.
- Prepare and review contracts with clients and subcontractors to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Oversee project management tasks, coordinating with construction management teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with interior design teams to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
