Job Description:
We are a reputed Builder & Developer specializing in redevelopment projects across Mumbai. We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Architect with experience in handling MHADA, SRA, cess building, and TDR-based projects. The ideal candidate must be well-versed with DCPR regulations and capable of managing design, approvals, and execution coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage layout plans, unit plans, FSI statements, and area calculations as per DCPR norms
- Coordinate with liaison architect for approvals under MHADA, SRA, Building Proposal, and Heritage (if applicable)
- Handle design changes, revalidations, and revisions based on site conditions or DCR updates
- Work closely with legal, liaison, and PMC teams for documentation and sanction tracking
- Prepare tenant offer plans, sale flat planning, sample flat layouts, and marketing plans
- Coordinate with structural, MEP & interior consultants for comprehensive GFC drawings
- Ensure RERA-compliant carpet areas, unit-wise detailing, and accurate BOQs for execution
- Visit site regularly to verify alignment of construction with sanctioned plans
- Coordinate with 3D visualizers and marketing team for project branding
- Maintain and update project MIS, architectural progress reports, and internal documentation
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Excel
- In-depth knowledge of UDCPR / DCPR 2034, MHADA, SRA, and Building Proposal rules
- Understanding of TDR utilization, premium calculations, and FSI optimization
- Experience working with PMC firms, liaison consultants, and government approvals
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- RERA project planning and documentation exposure (added advantage)
Qualification:
- B.Arch (COA registered)
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Mumbai redevelopment projects
- Experience in MHADA, SRA, or Heritage / Cess buildings will be preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
