Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive environments.
- Perform user management, permissions, and security administration in Microsoft 365.
- Utilize PowerShell for automation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Support M365 migrations, including mailboxes, SharePoint sites, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Troubleshoot issues related to user access, performance, and configurations.
- Implement and enforce security and compliance policies within M365.
- Monitor system health, optimize performance, and manage updates.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide post-migration support and system optimizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of identity management, security, and compliance in M365.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid identity configurations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, MS-203).
- Experience with M365 migrations and hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with third-party migration and administration tools.
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Microsoft Defender security solutions.
