Job Description:

Car Booking - Booking car for Inter/Intra city travel for employees and UK visitors, sharing confirmations with traveler, tracking vehicle, vehicle compliance checking/updating checklist.

Dashboard – Updating travel request in car, hotel & flight dashboard. Updating invoice details in Dashboard. Periodically checking invoice status on AP tracker and updating the same in dashboard.

TRF/Approval- Checking TRFs & approval and helping employees on TRF queries.

Travel Updates/Report- Sharing daily travel updates & driver duties, Egg Timer & Travel updates to UK (weekly).

Invoicing- Chasing vendor for pending invoices, checking invoices, raising queries to vendor & getting revised invoices, processing & tracking invoices. Co-ordinating with finance team for on hold invoices.

Company Shuttle & Driver - Driver duties allocation, Toll & parking expense claim submission, Approval mail for Toll amount.
