 Roles & responsibilities

Key attributes:

·Provide support on research projects through relationship research, competitive & market research  ·Customize reports from various firm tools that deliver marketing and relationship insights to the account team  ·Create client-ready presentations for Partner/professional meetings, demonstrating the capabilities of KPMG  ·Complete research on competitors ·Responsible for contributing towards requests by supporting simple projects and handling certain sections of medium-complexity projects ·Undertake exhaustive research for deliverables and triangulate information and data points from various data sources ·Utilize market data, economic data, analyst reports, and KPMG / competitor financial data, to conduct ad-hoc analyses on: ·Company: identifying key metrics (financial and non-financial) using various internal and external sources ·Market and competition: developing audit market shares and statistics for external content /collaterals to strengthen KPMG’s market position vis-à-vis its competitors ·Sector: providing sector penetrations statistics to support go to market strategy by various sectors ·Showcase a greater degree of flexibility, steer well through complexity/ambiguity and cater to everchanging requirements from the Leadership ·Meet all internal/external timelines and provide solutions in case of delays ·Adequately assist project lead on client calls ·Work reasonably independently, with appropriate supervision and guidance from team leads ·Articulate findings through use of clear, concise, and grammatically correct business English (both written and verbal) ·Understand stakeholder objectives and context with minimal guidance, and relate research and benchmarking conducted by them ·Deal confidently with challenges by responding with a rationale to support their argument ·Ensure effective presentation of client deliverables - prepare client ready presentations that are well structured, logical and clear to understand

Qualifications:

·Analytical skills with experience in a wide variety of marketing execution tasks  ·Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks  ·Experience in executing digital demand generation programs across multiple channels  ·Skilled at collaborating with multiple key stakeholders    

Technical skills:

·A pragmatic approach to analysis and problem solving; ability to drive through to an outcome in circumstances of complexity and ambiguity ·Ability to assess technical information to distill key strategic insights and convey these succinctly, clearly and confidently, verbally and in written form ·Good understanding of research databases and strong understanding of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word ·Display personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations ·Proactive during project discussions; showcase examples of actively contributing with ideas ·Excellent business communication (structuring, writing, speaking and articulation) ·Excellent interpersonal skills

Behavioral / team skills
