Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Air Ticket Booking Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of online booking systems like Protel and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage domestic and international air ticket bookings
- Use Protel and other online platforms for reservations and modifications
- Provide clients with suitable itinerary options and fare details
- Maintain accurate booking records and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with airlines and backend support teams when necessary
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in online booking tools like Protel
- Good knowledge of MS Office, internet, and email
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience:
- Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in air ticket booking are welcome to apply
Working Hours:
