We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Executive – Air Import to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless shipment operations, handling client interactions professionally, and resolving issues with precision and empathy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage import-related customer service activities and ensure timely cargo deliveries.
Key Responsivities :
* Coordinate with flight planning and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient cargo operations.
* Monitor and manage shipment queues, following up until successful delivery to the destination.
* Execute offload procedures in the system and promptly notify clients of any reschedules or actions taken.
* Respond to customer inquiries with appropriate solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Track and report cargo movements using hand-held scanners and digital tracking systems.
* Ensure shipment documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.
* Conduct cargo inspections before dispatch or delivery, identifying and reporting any damages.
* Support other departments by compiling reports, statistics, and operational data when required.
* Build lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
