We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AGM – Sales to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and support strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to manage key client relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

- Proven experience in sales leadership roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- AUTOMOBILE EXPERIENCE MANDATAORY
