Job Purpose
Increase Postpaid consumer business revenue, through error free CVM campaign execution for Revenue and Retention
Tracking campaigns & identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency.
Coordinate with CVM capability team to develop new capabilities for postpaid
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Campaign Operations
- Ensure end to end error free campaign execution in a time bound manner
- Using all communication mediums optimally (SMS/Whatsapp/ EDM/ RCS), tracking capacity utilization & planning expansion
- Work along with big data team on upgrade propensity model to drive upgrade and cross sell
- Manage OBCC calling - Liaison with circle postpaid leads and CS team to drive productivity
Campaign analysis
- Analyze response of campaigns across channels – OBCC / SMS/Whatsapp/ EDM/ RCS and Vi app and publish result on periodic basis
- Benchmarking across circles on medium/verbiage
- Prepare weekly dashboard and review deck
Business development /Processes & Compliance
- Developing automated work processes to achieve high level of efficiency and accuracy
- Managing scripts, calendar, frequency and other aspects of communication
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Graduates/MBA with 5-7 years of experience handling CVM campaign execution using Pelatro or other platforms
Good command over BI and Data analytics
Good communication skills, analytical mindset
Must have technical / professional qualifications
