Proven experience in implementing Adobe Experience Platform, with a focus on Customer Journey Analytics and Customer Data Platform. Strong understanding of data architecture, data integration, and data management principles. Demonstrated ability to understand and align with clients’ business objectives and develop and execute strategies that leverage data to drive business outcomes. Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, customer experience management, and marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
