Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Advocate to handle legal matters related to real estate. The responsibilities include:
- Drafting documents in English and Marathi independently.
- Coordinating with senior advocates.
- Managing Revenue, Municipal, and RERA matters, and representing clients before relevant authorities.
- Liaising with government and other relevant bodies.
- Demonstrating knowledge and experience in handling cases across various courts.
Qualifications:
- L.L.B/L.L.M with a minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate law.
- Proficiency in both spoken English and Marathi.
- Expertise in formal drafting (letters, notes, agreements, etc.) in both English and Marathi.
- Well versed with Real Estate Documentation.
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience. Salary will not be a barrier for an appropriate candidate.
