As part of our expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Admission Officer to join our growing team in Kozhikode.
Role Overview
As an Admission Executive, you will play a vital role in guiding prospective learners through their upskilling journey. You’ll handle leads from digital campaigns, provide program counseling, and ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a consultative approach and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Counsel prospective learners on Xylem’s Skill Programmes and recommend the best fit.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through needs-based counseling.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and conversion updates in CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team by sharing insights on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Consistently achieve daily outreach and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with academic and onboarding teams for a seamless admission process.
- Gather learner feedback and share market insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in admissions, student counseling, or inside sales (preferably in education, training, or EdTech).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (spoken & written).
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in EdTech, coaching centers, or skill development.
- Understanding of digital sales funnels and learner engagement strategies.
- Awareness of trending upskilling domains such as digital marketing, software, analytics, or finance.
