The Admission Officer at Iqra International School is responsible for managing the student admission process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for prospective students and their families. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the school's academic and Islamic values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end admission process, including inquiries, campus tours, application processing, assessments, and enrollment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective and admitted students in the admissions system.
- Respond promptly and professionally to admission-related queries via phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinate and conduct school tours and orientation sessions for prospective families.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to schedule assessments and interviews.
- Follow up with prospective parents and ensure timely completion of the admission process.
- Prepare admission reports, statistics, and presentations for management.
- Support marketing initiatives such as open houses, school events, and promotional campaigns.
- Uphold and promote the school’s Islamic values and ethos throughout the admission process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Prior experience in admissions or customer service in an educational setting is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic/Urdu is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and admission management systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
