Responsibilities:
- Presentable, confident, and fluent in English
- Prior experience in an educational institution preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, basic administrative tools, and CRM/admissions systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow up effectively
- Warm, child-friendly, and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage student records and assist with admissions processes
- Guide prospective students through the entire admission process, from inquiry to enrollment
- Process applications and provide detailed information on programs and admission requirements
- Conduct interviews, assess eligibility, and ensure timely follow-up with applicants and families
