Job Responsibilities:
- Student Consultation:
Conduct detailed discussions with prospective students to understand their educational background, career aspirations, and learning objectives.
- Course Recommendation
Recommend appropriate programs and certifications based on the student's profile and goals.
- Effective Communication
Maintain clear and timely communication with students via phone, email, and chat platforms in a professional manner.
- Information Delivery
Explain course structures, schedules, pricing, and enrollment procedures to ensure full understanding and transparency.
- Lead Management
Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, follow up consistently, and ensure high engagement throughout the student lifecycle.
- Target Achievement
Meet or exceed enrollment and engagement targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in academic counseling, education sales, admissions, or related areas (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong persuasive and decision-influencing skills.
- Time management and follow-up capabilities.
- Experience with CRM tools or lead management platforms
