Role Overview
This hybrid role involves:
- Admissions & Inquiries – 60%
- Educator Support – 10%
- Recruitment & Administration – 30%

Admission Responsbilities
- Manage end-to-end inquiry and admission processes
- Handling end to end calls
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective parents and students
- Use storytelling to communicate the school’s unique vision and approach to allure customers.
Recruitment & Administration:
- Coordinate interview scheduling and screening.
- Collaborate with leadership on hiring needs.
- Handle general administrative tasks.
Educator Support:
- Assist with educational activities in the multi-age learning environment
