The Administrative Incharge will oversee and manage all non-academic operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to coordinate between staff, parents, vendors, and management, while upholding the school’s standards of quality, safety, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily school operations, facilities, and staff coordination.
- Handle parent queries, feedback, and admission support.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with school standards.
- Manage records, fee collection support, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in planning and executing events and activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Administration/Management/Education or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in administration (school experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
