- Managing Reception & Attending Visitors – Daily • Addition of new customers in the system - Daily • Addition of new jobs in the system whenever required • Managing pick-up/delivery staff work on the day only when required • Supervising Photo upload responsibility on the server - Daily • Scanning of documents such as DC, Invoices, Customer challans, etc.- Daily • Envelopes and Address Print Outs - Daily • Handling Courier activities - Daily • Preparing Vendor Forms & sending them to the customers • Preparing & sending Quotations & Explanations to the customers - Daily • Working on the PO/DC/INV Assignment sheet by saving the PO in the particular customer folder for the job. - Daily • PO follow-up for the few customers by going through the PO Pending file • Managing quotations@ email id - Daily • Preparing Pending Job list & Stock list of few customers • Managing Mumbai and Pune offices, Transferred jobs • Updating the Mumbai office's expected billing file • Marketing activities at the start of the month only
