- Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people
- Greet and provide general support to visitors
- Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
- Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities
- Purchase materials and plan inventory
- Acting as an info-hub for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, housekeeping, etc.
- Handling office operations confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.
- Manage administrative activities involving purchase of equipment, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, employee induction etc.
- Taking care of office operations to ensure the office operates smoothly. This includes facilities management, fixed asset control & inventory, office cleaning & inspection and office fit out & renovation
- Prepare regular reports on expenses
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills, including time management and ability to prioritize and manage a range of tasks pro-actively.

- Excellent analytical and team management skills
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
