Job Description:
We are looking for an Admin Executive with 4–5 years of experience in real estate or construction. The role includes managing office and site administration, vendor coordination, facility management, and compliance documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management and negotiation skills, experience in handling property/lease documentation, and the ability to ensure smooth coordination between the head office and project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day office administration, facility management, housekeeping, and security.
· Maintain office infrastructure, equipment, and supplies; track AMC renewals and utility bills.
· Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, agreements, and payment coordination.
· Provide administrative support for project sites including office setup, logistics, and utilities.
· Coordinate with liaison/legal teams for statutory documents, permits, and approvals.
· Maintain lease agreements, property documents, licenses, and renewal trackers.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
· Prepare MIS reports related to administration, vendor costs, and facility expenses.
· Organize corporate events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
· Manage travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and guests.
· Support implementation of company policies (e.g., clean desk, ID cards, access control).
Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of administration in real estate or construction sector.
· Vendor management and negotiation skills.
· Familiarity with property documentation, lease agreements, and compliance.
· Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
