Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account and Administrative Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks, managing office operations, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial record-keeping, including processing invoices, expense reports, and bank reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
- Manage office supplies, coordinate facility maintenance, and ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee records management.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks, such as onboarding and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Commerce.
- Minimum 3 years experience in an accounting and administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
