Administration Assistant

Location : Wakad, Pune

Experience : 1-3 years

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, ensuring a clean and organized workplace, overseeing facilities and asset management, and coordinating events. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Management

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment.

· Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely reordering.

2. Facilities Management

· Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and ensure equipment functionality.

· Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.

3. Asset Management

· Track and manage the allocation of office equipment and assets.

· Maintain a record of equipment distribution and ensure timely return of assets.

4. Vendor and Contract Management

· Manage relationships with external vendors and negotiate service contracts.

· Ensure adherence to contractual terms and monitor vendor performance.

5. Event Coordination

· Organize and manage office events, meetings, and conferences.

· Coordinate logistics, including travel arrangements and venue setups.

6. Health and Safety

· Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

· Maintain emergency preparedness plans and oversee periodic safety drills.

7. Records and Documentation

· Maintain administrative records, including asset logs, expense reports, and visitor logs.

· Organize and update office documentation for easy access and retrieval.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Graduate degree in any field preferred.

· 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
