Job Responsibilities: Admin Executive (with Travel Desk Management) General Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of administrative activities.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
- Handle front-desk management, visitor coordination, and calls if required.
- Support HR in organizing company events, meetings, and internal activities.
- Coordinate courier, dispatch, and inward/outward material tracking.
Travel Desk Management
- Plan, arrange, and manage domestic travel for employees (air, rail, bus).
- Coordinate with travel agents/vendors to get best rates and ensure cost-effective bookings.
- Arrange hotels, guest houses, and local transport (cab/vehicle) as per employee travel needs.
- Maintain travel-related data: advance requests, reimbursements, and settlement of bills.
- Develop and maintain travel policies & ensure employee compliance.
- Track and maintain monthly travel MIS (travel cost, frequently traveled routes, vendor performance).
Additional Support
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for vendor payments and travel reimbursements.
- Assist senior management in scheduling travel and meetings.
- Ensure employee satisfaction by providing seamless travel and admin support.
