We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting senior management, streamlining administrative processes, coordinating internal and external communication, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives and project teams.
- Coordinate internal meetings, maintain calendars, and manage travel itineraries.
- Handle correspondence, draft official letters/emails, and manage documentation.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and records in an organized manner.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and external stakeholders as needed.
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and ensure office protocols are followed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company values.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in an executive or administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
