Job Title: Admin Executive / Sr. Executive – Facility & Compliance

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Admin Executive / Sr. Executive to handle end-to-end administrative operations, facility management, compliance, vendor coordination, and safety protocols at our manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative and facility management activities.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ISO, and factory requirements.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and fire safety protocols.
- Manage budgets, petty cash, and expense control.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations.
- Maintain administrative policies, manuals, and SOPs.
- Oversee safety, pest control, disaster management, and emergency protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administration (factory/industrial setup preferred).
- Graduate or higher qualification.
- Strong administrative skills with fair knowledge of facility and compliance management.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi; presentable personality.
Schedule:
- General working hours (Day shift).

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
