Job Description
- Managing the front-desk team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Keeping the front desk open, active, and free of unnecessary gatherings
- Ensuring all communications/meetings are accommodated in the Visitors Room
- Greeting and assisting guests, making efforts to know them and facilitating meetings with the right stakeholders
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally
- Coordinating with internal teams for scheduling and administrative support
- Maintaining visitor records and ensuring compliance with office protocols
