Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Admin/Commerce background preferred)
Experience: 0 -1 years in Administration / Office Management
Age: Up to 25 years
Salary: ₹13,000
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Email & Internet, familiarity with office tools/software
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Facilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration, housekeeping, and overall facility management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of utilities (internet, electricity, office equipment, pantry, etc.).
- Handle inventory and purchase of office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock.
Vendor & Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management for administrative needs.
- Manage AMC contracts, repairs, and service requests.
- Assist in negotiation and cost control for office services.
Employee Support & Logistics
- Support HR in onboarding activities (ID cards, seating, access, and basic facilities).
- Assist in travel bookings, event arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Organize internal meetings, maintain office calendar, and ensure timely communication.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain records of bills, invoices, agreements, and administrative expenses.
- Support management in ensuring compliance with office rules and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and circulate MIS reports on admin activities and expenses.
