We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments. The role requires strong coordination, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills to support management and employees effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Maintain documentation, filing systems, and ensure data confidentiality.
- Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 6 Month to 1 years of experience in administration or office management (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
